• Set architecture standards and governance controls for citizen development and low-code delivery, including DLP/access control policies and role-based access.
• Manage platform incidents, problem investigations and service improvement initiatives.
• Partner with security, audit and compliance teams on regulatory and governance requirements.
• Define licensing strategy across Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and AI capabilities, achieving cost savings through license consolidation and automation.
• Govern release management, production deployments and change control.
• Advise business stakeholders on technology roadmaps and architecture decisions to support strategic planning.

AI, Copilot & Agentic Framework

• Lead enterprise-wide governance and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, defining standards for AI-enabled solutions and agentic workflows.
• Evaluate AI use cases for security, compliance and operational readiness, advising stakeholders on architecture, licensing and consumption models.
• Establish governance frameworks for citizen-developed AI agents and Copilot experiences, including data access controls and responsible-AI compliance.
• Support pilot programmes and adoption strategy for AI-enabled solutions across departments.
