Hi,

I bought and installed this plugin in Sept. of 2010. All of a sudden the like button is not appearing. I am not sure why but am wondering if I need an updated version.

I can't seem to get anywhere in terms of downloading, or finding out if my subscription is still active. If there is any way somebody can help me that would be great.

Did you change any settings?

If you had any membership and if it is still active you should be able to download in your membership area.

Thanks for the reply. Hard to say if I have changed any setting that matter. Of course, running a website, I am constantly changing things. Which settings would affect the display of the like button?

As far as I can see, if I tell it to use fmbl, it won't display, so I put in on javascript.

I would have no trouble upgrading, but I need to know:

1) will that likely solve my problem
2) how long does a subscription last? Mine is dated 9/28/10

Hi,

Seems you have installed another plugin too that shows button, disable that and then test to see if there is any conflict.

You can put Like button to JavaScript too and test.

1. Hard to say as I dont know what the problems is.
2. Subscription(Membership) lasts 6 months, single purchase does not have any membership or subscription.

The only other thing I see is a plugin in called "Ultimate Social Bookmarking" , and a "Find us on facebook" module. I tried turning both off, and no difference.

Here is the weird thing, the like button appears on some pages not on others, i.e.
