Hi,

For some reason the Like and Share numbers are all the same on all articles.
In case I click Like on some article, upon refresh, it gets equal with the share button.

What might be causing this issue?

1. Like and Share buttons always have same number of 'likes' and 'shares' in the box next to them. In case you just click like, the number of like increases, however once you refresh the page, the number of shares increases and the number becomes equal.

fanbox code might be conflicting, disable it and then clear cache and test.

also please share URL so we can have a look.

Another issue that I noticed:

When posting the link on facebook, the SEF url is being cut-off, and only the article ID is posted.
For example for article with url
www.crnobelo.com/zivot/patuvanje/6505-some-sef-url-example

The URL that will be posted on FB is www.crnobelo.com/zivot/patuvanje/6505

And another issue, it is being posted only as plain link, without metadata (title, description, photo).

Please help me in solving this issues.

I have looked through your articles and they seem to have different counts, can you please show the URLs where it repeats?

In advanced settings there is a setting called ID or Slug. If you set ID it will post IDs in URLs. If you set it to Slug then it will post text. Problems with text sometimes is that Facebook parsers throw errors sometimes so ID is more safe.

MetaData is taken from Meta Keywords and Description of your article, so make sure your articles have meta data so that it can be put in Facebook meta tags.

First notice that share and like numbers are the same.
Next, click on 'Like' - notice that likes number will increase, share number will stay the same.
Refresh your browser, notice that the share number will now increase and match likes number

This applies to all articles.

sorry for late reply I had to do some research on this.

seems facebook have merged two counters into one and shows same number of counts for both counts. here is a post that confirms it: thenextweb.com/socialmedia/2010/05/23/ha...ttons-apparently-so/

I will update here if I get any more info on this topic.
