Hi. Not sure the best way to handle this. Just bought the module and added it into a site i am building.

I hit the like button on say URL : "dev6.saucery.co.nz/index.php?page=shop.p...&Itemid=14"

however the url that gets pasted into facebook is "www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fde...te&h=696bb"


HELPPP need this up asap. anyone else found this issue or knows a way to fix?

Hi,

Go to Advanced Settings in Plugins settings and choose Custom URL in drop down box. Then enter dev6.saucery.co.nz/ in the input box below it and save and test again.

Just tried that.. still not working. its as if facebook isn't showing enough in the link.. when i hit share, its showing the correct link. however when i check it on my profile page its different... (trimmed)??

I just tested and it seems to be fine.

URL Tested with Share and Like: dev6.saucery.co.nz/index.php?page=shop.p...emid=14&vmcchk=1

Also Use ID in Use Slug or ID in Advanced settings.
