Without any changes on the module - from one day to another - the whole position disappeared after it worked well for a few month.

And here is something really weird. Copying the Module and show both Modules on the same position, then activate the rendering ModeXFBML #3 on one and leave the other on Mode #1 will show both Modules correctly. One without individual CSS and the other with Standrad view. If you now deactivate the Mode #1 module even the #3 version dissapears automatically

Kind regards
Frank

Checked in Firefox and seems to be working fine. Please attach screenshot and tell us which version of Firefox and Chrome you tested in.

Of course it works here - this is the rendering mode 1

I made one in rendering mode 3 on the imprint site:
www.livingxxl.eu/index.php/impressum

here you see the module title - that´s it....no module content

Kind regards

It seems to load fine on livingxxl.eu as well, see the screenshot below. If you still see any issues please switch to Rendering Mode 4 settings and test.

Seems only to be an error in Safari. If i empty the cookies it displays the Facebook Module for a while - then it suddenly disappears again. AND.....on another site where an older Version (7.3.6) of the plugin is installed there i don´t have any problems.

Here are the error messages that safari shows in the Error-Console:

> Failed to load resource: Das Zertifikat für diesen Server ist ungültig. Möglicherweise werden Sie mit einem Server verbunden, der vorgibt, „static.ak.connect.facebook.com“ zu sein, und Ihre vertraulichen Daten gefährdet.

Strange that it is adding port to URL (:446), are you using SSL?

If i activate "Private Surfing" in Safari the Module is rendering and shown...that´s so strange. Using the same Browser on another website we made with an older version (7.3.6) of the Fanbox makes no problems even if "Private Surfing" is deactivated.
