The comment system used to work fine, but now it is not working and I get an error saying "Warning: this comments plugin is operating in compatibility mode, but has no posts yet. Multiple issues with your web pages.

You have Google analytics code out side head tags that violates HTML validation.

You have multiple plugin trying to add og:url tags and Facebook code in your website. If you using a different plugin to add Facebook JavaScript in your pages then probably disable JavaScriptSDK plugin and use other one but not both same time.
