Hello, I purchased this Plugin last night as you will see by checking my email address for this forum account and I am getting the error indicated in the subject line above. Joomla 2.5.4 and latest version of the Plugin. My APP ID is correct. Am I missing another setting somewhere?

I had a look through source and can not see any code from JavaScriptSDK, did you configure and publish it?

Hi There. Have a look way down at the bottom of that URL. Look for the words, "KA Facebook Social Comments" - you will see it trying to load.

Which mode you have selected in plugin settings.
Also disable that Like button and test to see if there is any conflict between the two.

Thank you! Switching MODES in the KA Plugin did not do anything, however disabling BOTH other Social Media Modules/Plugins gave positive results. The KA Plugin now works.

However, I have two questions:

1) Is there a known fix to overcome this conflict?
2) Please have a look at the message I get beneath the KA comments box. It reads, "Warning: this comments plugin is operating in compatibility mode, but has no posts yet. Consider specifying an explicit 'href' as suggested in the comments plugin documentation to take advantage of all plugin features.". It sends me to this page: developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/comments/. Is this something that needs to be developed in FB, or inside KA?

In module settings make sure you have selected New layout in Comments Layout settings.
