I've a problem with making work fine the plugin System - KA JavaScript SDK v3.3.8.
The Plugin for comments (plg_kafacebookcomments_v2.5.4) works fine.
I have Joomla 2.5.4
I setted the Application ID and the Facebook Admin iDs (obtained with link graph.facebook.com/myusername) , but the moderator links don't appear in the box for comment.

Could you tell me how to make it work?

Please check to make sure JavaScrpt plugin is published and configured as I cant see it in source code.

I have these two plugin
Content - KA Facebook Social Comments
System - KA JavaScript SDK
and they are both published and configured.

It seems you have another plugin that is also adding JavaScriptSDK pluhin. To test disable other Facebook plugins and then test.
