Hi,

I noticed that if I click through from the link provided in the Facebook post, that the comments are not shown for that link.

URL with comments:
bboxradio.com/phase3/index.php?option=co...uare-mall&Itemid=123

Clickthrough URL from Facebook post:
bboxradio.com/phase3/index.php?option=co...069636920#f269d34d18

How do I get them to be the same?

Thanks,
Katrina

Hi,

What is the URL Method You have selected in Advanced Parameters? Try a different URL method and test.

If you are good with coding you can also add rewrite in .htaccess

RewriteCond %{QUERY_STRING} (^|&)fb_comment_id=
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ $1? [L]
Please include following information when posting for help:
Detail of problem | URL of page where you having problem | Extension name and version being used | Joomla version | PHP version

MORE KA EXTENSIONS

Hello,

My URL method is PHP. i tried all the other methods and those all gave warning messages on the page where the comments are.

I also tried changing the Base URL method. None of the options seemed to correct the problem.

I also tried the .htaccess code you provided. Attached is the file, but of course it was called .htaccess on the server.

htaccess.txt

That didn't fix the problem either. What else could it be?
