How do I integrate this plugin with K2? Its currently showing in my Joomla articles but does not diplay in K2 and I do not see any settings to integrate.

Post your extension version, Joomla version, K2 version and website URL so we can have a look.

If you are using Joomla 2.5 then integration for Joomla 2.5 is not ready yet. We will release it in coming versions.
