zaheerkaka	Seems you are using the website in a subfolder. Go to Advanced Settings of plugin and add following in Base URL Method setting: www.thatvideomagazine.com/newyork

Yes, I am using the pluging in a subfolder. I have made the changes you suggested but has not solved the issue. Here are my settings:

URL Method: REQUEST_URI (Default). Also tried Article Url
Base URL Method: Custom (Specify Below)
Custom Base: www.thatvideomagazine.com/newyork

Any ideas? Thank you.
