I cannot get it to go below the "Read More" button. I would be great that if there was a "read more" button it did not show or maybe have that option. is this possible? otherwise how do I get it above the "read more" button?

Are you using a plugin to generate these Read More links, if yes then can you try to change ordering so that comments plugin in in the last in ordering.
